The team find Santa’s sleigh outside a cabin; Santa is inside, stuck in the chimney! Help, get him out! The first challenge is to unlock the front door!
This is an extensive explorable set, typical Know Escape silliness, and a great start to the festive season!
As with all our games, we’ve spent a lot of time and effort building the storyline and writing an adventure suitable for all ages!
We give a children’s book written for the game to every child at the end of the experience.
The set is adapted using part of the large ‘The Cage’ set; The Cage is closed during the festive season to enable this game to run.

This is the 4th time we have used Know Escape and we really love their escape rooms. We took our extended family as a Christmas gift so we ranged in age from 6 to 71 and everyone was able to get involved and enjoy it. We’ve been to The Maldon Escape Rooms several times, as well as their other site in Chelmsford. We’ve thoroughly enjoyed every game room we have tried. Well that was an absolute joy, great experience, loved it!
Santa is in a tight spot and you’ll need your wits about you to help him out. Working out the clues, having hints and tips from the super animated staff and working as a team with the kids makes for the fastest most fun hour of your day.
We all enjoyed it, 2 boys aged 10 and 11, lots of brain teasing puzzles to work out, which they joined in with and found very entertaining.
Would definitely recommend this escape room, a festively fun addition to the crazy cat lady, governor and rob the bank. Go to Review.

Well!! We have just done Santa Got Stuck Up The Chimney with the kids. It was our first live escape room and the kids loved it. Solving the first lock and then watching them actually solving the clues was brilliant.

This was our fourth visit to Chesterfield Escape Rooms to play the new When Santa Got Stuck Up The Chimney game. I highly recommend you book a game here as we all had so much fun and laughed a lot. Such fun, great for families. Recommended to family and friends and even brought friends with us. We’ve now done 3 here with 2 children aged 9 & 10 and we’ve laughed all the way through.
